What is the Eval Pool:
The EcoSense Eval Pool is a program that allows customers to experience and evaluate EcoSense products for 60 days at no cost. The Eval Pool includes TROV and RISE. Products are delivered quickly and are easily installed into any mockup or project demo. Customers can appraise the quality of light and trial various beam angles in their actual project application for quick evaluation and smart decision making.

Who can participate:
The program is available to Rep Agents, VARs, Distributors and Specifiers from around the globe and all are encouraged to reach out to their local EcoSense regional Sales Manager for order placement.

When is the product available:
EcoSense Eval Pool is available all year and product typically ships in less than 2 weeks. Ship times may vary depending on availability, location and expedited requirements (charged separately).

How does it work:

1. Contact local EcoSense Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for specific project requirements. RSM will submit Eval Pool product order and send an Order
   Confirmation.
2. Use the product for 60 days and return for no charge. Samples retained beyond the 60 days are considered overdue.
   • To ensure that we have products available for all customers, we require a timely turnaround of these limited evaluation items. We monitor our
     customer’s activity and after three incidences of overdue products, we are required to suspend the account for future Eval Pool shipments. To get back into the program, customer simply pays owed product invoices or returns all products.

Customer acknowledges that all material has been examined and is in good condition. EcoSense Lighting makes no warranty, express or implied, course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade or otherwise, and expressly excludes and disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement.

Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless EcoSense Lighting from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including attorneys’s fees and expenses of litigation) for any property damage or personal injury arising from customer’s use of Materials by any cause, except to the extent caused by EcoSense Lighting’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall EcoSense Lighting be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damages arising from customer’s use of materials, including but not limited to loss profits and loss revenue, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

EcoSense Lighting reserves the right to charge the customer for any lost or damaged materials. EVAL Pool are not for re-sale.
