A single-tenant occupies the 450,000 square foot newly constructed high rise. Taking on a substantial challenge, lighting designers Fisher Marantz Stone, created a diverse lighting program to achieve the seamless integration with the modern interiors. Designers choose EcoSpec® Linear INT LED to efficiently illuminate the coves, soffits and to highlight textured ceilings. Flexible and customizable Ecosense luminaires accent millwork as well as ambient lighting. The building is certified by the U.S. Building Council as LEED Gold.
