We do not yet know how the coronavirus pandemic will play out. What we do know is that the actions each of us take now can have a positive effect on the outcome. To that end, Ecosense has taken aggressive steps to mitigate the impact of COVID-19.

First, we have instituted work-from-home, travel restriction and social distancing policies in accordance with, and often in advance of, the advice of local health officials. The health of our employees, clients and people across the globe comes first, so we are doing everything we can to help “flatten the curve” of transmission.

Second, we have taken a proactive approach to supply, steadily assuming additional stock to offset any potential disruption. With those actions we can assure you we’ve got you covered. We are rapidly approaching 100% supply chain capacity and are now able to meet our Q2 forecast. This proactive approach to our supply chain allows us to continue to ship orders in the time frame you have come to expect from Ecosense – 48hrs on our most popular SKUs and 2 weeks on everything else.

As we turn our focus to our Q3 shipments and beyond, we ask you to provide us with as much notice as possible for any potential large projects, allowing us to pull additional stock if needed.
